By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All clients must be 16+.

I do not infill tech's work. Soak-offs will have to be booked to ensure I am working on a clean slate.

If any chipping or lifting occurs within 72 hours post appointment, I will repair this for free (I won't fix any nails that have been ripped or pulled off). After 72 hours, there will be a small fee.

LATE/NO SHOWS

A 15-minute grace period is given to all clients. After this time, you will be marked as a 'no show' and will be required to pay for the full service. FAILURE TO PAY WILL BLOCK YOU FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS. Please note that being late may affect the design you'll receive.

CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide as much notice as possible. However, please note cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will require a 50% charge of the booked service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment require a full payment of the booked service. FAILURE TO PAY FOR A CANCELLED APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN BEING BLOCKED FROM ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS.
